Grounded Embodiment is a 90-minute, gently guided experience held at Breath Yoga KC, created to honor International Women’s Day by celebrating our bodies, our resilience, and our innate power.
Together, we’ll move through simple, restorative practices that are accessible to all bodies and all levels of experience. The session will include light body movement, grounding power poses, a guided meditation, and soothing sound healing to support relaxation, presence, and reconnection.
This is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your own inner strength — not by pushing, but by grounding. You’re encouraged to participate in whatever way feels most supportive for you.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or journal to help you feel comfortable and at ease during our time together.
