Summer Holiday Programme – Point Of Interest Ballot, and Consent Form

Southside Boxing Academy & Community Hub will be running our 2026 Summer Camp across 6 weeks during the school holidays.

This programme is funded by Glasgow City Council and Comic Relief.

Due to the high level of demand expected, spaces will not be given on a first come, first served basis. Families must complete this application form to be considered for a space.

Applications will be reviewed by the Southside Boxing Academy & Community Hub Board, and where demand is higher than the number of spaces available, places will be allocated through a fair ballot process.

The ballot will close on Friday 26 June 2026. Successful applicants will be contacted over the weekend after the ballot closes.

Completing this form does not guarantee a space. All unsuccessful applicants will be placed on a waiting list and may be contacted if a space becomes available.

All activities are free to attend.

Please note, photo consent and first aid consent are mandatory for this programme.

Important: A separate form must be completed for each individual child / young person in your household.

Submitting an application for more than one child does not guarantee that all children in the household will receive a space. It also does not guarantee that siblings will be allocated the same week or same days.

We will do our best to support families where possible, but spaces are limited and applications will be reviewed fairly by the Southside Boxing Academy & Community Hub Board.
