Interested in decorating a trunk and passing out treats at WHS Trunk or Treat on October 24, 2025? Please fill in this form before buying tickets as you will get a free admission for 1 child. When you are confirmed with a spot, you will receive a discount code!

What is the theme of your trunk? - This is so that we may potentially include your trunk in our Scavenger Hunt. If you want to list a unique item that we will find at your trunk, you may list that as well.  *
I understand that I may arrive starting at 3:30pm to begin setting up, and my trunk must be ready-to-go by 5:30pm. 

I also understand I am responsible for providing candy/treats (don't need to be nut free) or company swag for the children who will be attending the event. (Estimated 500 children) 

HSA will supply Nut Free options for each trunk to pass out for those with nut allergies.
