SECA's going digital! You no longer have to keep up with session labels and certificate sheets.  We are hoping you find this new process streamlines your attendance experience!

To claim credit you must fill out a separate form for each session you would like credit for. All questions on this form are required in order to submit. Please make sure your name and email matches your registration record.
