If you are double entering, the second driver needs to fill in one of these Entry Form's as well.

PLEASE NOTE: We will be checking license expiry dates and numbers, if your license is not valid your entry will be forfeited. 

Once entry is paid for, you cannot resell your entry to another person, there will be no refunds. Your entry will be forfeited. 

If the event is cancelled, entries will be rolled over to the next event and/or refunded.

Due to the risk to public safety, Sunraysia Burnout Association have introduced a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY towards the misuse of the venue, as well as any vulgar treatment towards staff and volunteers. Driver conduct when in operation of a vehicle while in the venue - either in pit, track or burnout pad area - is to be at a high level of control, while common sense will tell you what not to do, listed below are some of the actions the venue will be targeting on the day of the event -

-NO Turning of tyres in any area other than the designated burnout pad,

-NO driving back to the pits on rims - tyres MUST be changed at designated area,

-NO alcohol or drugs in the pit area,

-Condition of your allocated parking area after completion of the event,

-Leaving your tyres or bulk items in the venue.

Any of the above will result in your entry being forfeited for the day, including points earned during competition, and all parties involved will not be eligible to enter future events at Sunraysia Burnout Association. 

By entering this event you agree to the terms above and agree to abide by the directions of promoters and venue management. Please acknowledge that all rules are adhered to.

I/we being the participant and/or Driver and/or Passenger of the vehicles used for the above mentioned event. "I/we have read and understood the Supplementary Regulations issued for this meeting and agree to be bound by them and by the National Competition Rules of AASA. 

I/we know that motorsport is dangerous and that accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability and property damage, can, and do happen. 

I/we also acknowledge and agree that AASA, Sunraysia Burnout Association, sponsor organisations, land owners or leasees, the organisers of the Burnout meeting/event, volunteers, officials, representatives or agents (all of whom will collectively be called the Organisers) shall NOT be under any liability for my death, or any bodily injury, loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by me, as a result of participation in or being present at the event. 

I/we acknowledge that;

The risks associated with attending or participating in the event is the risk that I may suffer harm as a result of; motor vehicles (or parts of them) colliding with other motor vehicles, persons or property;

Acts of violence and other harmful acts (whether intentional or inadvertently) committed by persons attending or participating in the event;

And, the failure or unsuitability of facilities (including grandstands, fences or guard rails) to ensure the safety of persons or property at the event.

Motorsport is dangerous and that accidents causing harm can and do happen, and may happen to me. 

I accept the condition of, and acknowledge the risks arising from, attending or participating in the event and being provided with the event services by AASA and the Associated Entities. 

   

Any information from this point on that needs to be changed will incur a $30 admin fee.

Failure to follow these instructions will forfeit your entry.
